HORNBACH Baumarkt AG is the largest and most important subsidiary of HORNBACH Holding.

It operates DIY megastores and garden centers in Germany and abroad and was listed in the Prime Standard of the German Stock Exchange through to February 2022.

Its business activities focus on do-it-yourself (DIY) retail at DIY stores and garden centers and on online DIY retail in Germany and eight other European countries. HORNBACH Baumarkt AG bases all of its business activities across the Group on the HORNBACH Values.
