has notified us pursuant to § 21 (1) and § 22 (1) No. 6 WpHG that its share
of the voting rights in Hornbach Holding Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN
DE0006083405), Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, exceeded the 75% threshold on
March 31, 2014 and as of that date amounted to 100% (8,000,000 voting
rights). Of this total, 22.62% (1,809,526) of the voting rights are
attributable to it pursuant to § 22 (1) No. 6 WpHG. Voting rights of the
following shareholder whose share of the voting rights in Hornbach Holding
Aktiengesellschaft amounts to 3% or more are attributable to:
- Albert Hornbach.
