to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Hornbach Holding AG, Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Germany, have exceeded the
3%, 5% and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 04, 2015 and on that
day amounted to 10.74% (this corresponds to 859526 Voting Rights).
